What to write about
- Bugs. Something not working in the typing test, lessons, games or keyboard tester? Please include your browser, device and operating system, what you did, and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
- Suggestions. Ideas for new features, lessons, word lists or games are welcome.
- Content corrections. If a guide contains a mistake or something out of date, let us know which page and what should change.
- Privacy questions. Questions about how the site handles data are covered in the privacy policy, and you can email for anything it does not answer.
Response times
EnjoyTyping is run by one person, so replies are best-effort. Every message is read, but it may take a while to answer, and not every suggestion can be built. Bug reports that include clear steps to reproduce the problem are usually the quickest to fix.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information by email. The site never needs them.
